Lease Quotation Manager is a FREE to use leasing quotation sales aid and contact manager for system & software resellers that enables the production of guideline lease quotations over 2, 3, 4, 5 years showing both weekly and monthly payment profiles. The quotations may be printed or viewed on screen.

By creating a customer record you are able to maintain a contact database with options to print quotations, letters, lease proposal forms and reports. In addition you have the ability to search for records by a full range of options including name, company, last & next contact date and proposal status.

The contact database element, which includes full company and contact information, allows for the status of the sales enquiry, (active, completed or dead), along with an unlimited area for text and memos. Within this area is also a contact calendar which enables both last and next contact dates to be set. The range of selection criteria are there to help you manage your leads and enquiry’s and also produce reports.
